Are there any activities for children?
--> We will have coloring books and age appropriate flags for worship so the kids can join in. 

Is there any daycare?
--> There is not any daycare at this time.  But there is a nursing mother's area and lobby space for littles.

Do I have to register my children?
--> Yes, children over the age of 10 must be registered. 9yrs and under are free.

I am traveling in, where should I stay?
--> We have a limited room block with Embassy Suites that you can book by using the link here. There are many other hotel and airbnb options available in the area if you are looking to stay elsewhere.

Are there any discounts with Embassy Suites for registering?
--> You get the best rate we could negotiate but there are no additional discounts with the hotel when you register.

Where do I park at the event?
--> The conference center and hotel have a parking garage you can park in for an additional daily cost.

Is the event accessible for those with disabilities?
--> Yes, the conference center is handicap accessible.

Is there an inclusive  accessible seating section available?  

--> Yes! When you register, there are questions that will indicate how many seats you will need to reserve for you and your party (5 max) in the accessible friendly reserved seating.

Is food being provided?
--> No, but there are many options off site within a short drivable distance.

Are there snacks available?
--> Yes, you will find a small cafe and snack shop in the large hotel lobby adjacent to the convention space.
